Shipping Policy

EASYOURLIFE LLC ships worldwide. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • United States — Standard: 5–9 business days
  • United States — Express: 2–4 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Estimated delivery times begin on the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order and your delivery address. The available shipping options and their costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50 USD shipping within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches you.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We are also unable to ship to certain countries due to customs and legal restrictions. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order at shop@easyourlife.com.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier office first. If it cannot be located, contact us at shop@easyourlife.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will assist with a carrier investigation.

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact us immediately at shop@easyourlife.com so we can resolve the issue.
